In mid-June, Apple company introduced to the public Windows-version of its internet browser Safari. Until then, only the users of Mac OS could work with the browser. According to the developers, Safari handles html-code and executes JavaScript up to two times faster than its competitors in the face browser Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. But experience shows that such testing involving the use of the best options for the advertised product (your computer’s configuration and structure in this case) and, consequently, are very approximate.
In the process of working with Safari, any significant advantage in speed was not observed. Rather, the subjective assessment of the author of this review, the browser Safari is much slower these programs.
Safari has all the features characteristic of modern web browsers.
Safari supports the opening pages, in a separate window, and in a new tab, export and import bookmarks, maintenance history, preservation of open pages in html-format printing, with the possibility preview. Also in Safari present search, spell-checking, the change of coding pages, pop-up blocker, reading news RSS, a simple download manager.
